the product is great and works as expected but you need an need delivery company. I watch the deliverer throw my package across my front yard as I was walking out to meet him
The DeWalt battery adapter fit my Earthquake impact well. No problems. Its hard to find the earthquake battery and this gives me more oppsions

I have changed my review based on my finding the email David sent the same day I sent my original email. He offered to replace or refund my money without hesitation. The confusion on my side was based on my missed reading of his response. I'm going to give the adapter another try and see what happens.
One way or another we'll get this worked out.

I tried to do the right thing, contacting you and explaining the situation with the adapter that I bought. It was a Milwaukee M18 battery to a Milwaukee 18 V Sawzall tool. This is what I sent to you.
"To whom it may concern, I ordered your connector for a 18 volt Milwaukee tool to be powered by a M18 Milwaukee battery.
The day after delivery I set up the v18 Milwaukee tool, powered by the M18 Milwaukee 8 amp battery and took it to the U-Pull r Parts salvage yard to remove a piece of sheet metal that was essential to a repair that I was doing on my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country.
I started the cutting process and after about 5 minutes of use the battery fell out of the adapter. I put it back in and started over again. After a minute or three it fell out again. Again, I replaced it. This time it wouldn't stay in at all. So I started looking at what was going on and discovered that the rails that hold the battery in place on the adapter had disintegrated on one side, basically breaking off.
I did a MacGyver repair using seat belts to secure and hold the battery in place and was able to continue cutting out the piece of sheet metal I needed.
I will try to send photos of the adapter and the battery setup. Hopefully there will load from my saved pictures.
To be honest with you, I expected something along the lines of the OEM manufactured tool and battery rails. That was not the case with the adapter you sent me. It looks like a 3D printed replica of the adapters for the Milwaukee products."
I sent the contact you message regarding this purchase on September 11th, 2026. It is now October 3rd and I have not heard from you regarding my inquiry. So I am left with no recourse here but to leave this review.
I will suck it up, and consider the purchase a lost cause, and accepted for now and almost useless product as it works right now.
This thing works as it is supposed to, a bit bulky but it saves my old Harbor Freight tools from the trash can. The 20 volt batteries from the new Bauer line of Harbor Freight tools work perfectly in the older Chicago Electric 18 volt tools. I am definitely ordering a second one since I usually use a drill along with the impact driver.

After the third battery pack of our Dyson failed I was about throwing that damn thing into the garbage. Yeah, big messy family, vacuums have a short half-life, don't judge me. Since Bosch Blau stuff was lying around already I was thinking some nerds must have figured out a more sustainable solution and googled my way to this shop. It took quite a journey for the adapter to find the way all over to Switzerland but at some point it was in the mail. Now this ugly sucker is back as strong as never before! Yes, it doesn't fit into the original charger anymore which sits conveniently into a cabinet purchased specifically for that purpose but on the other hand I have a pile of packs to swap. Sucking and swapping the whole week along!
My adapter works great! I had seen some remarks that said it might need to be slightly modified but that wasn’t the case. The adapter I received worked perfectly! Slid right into place into the 18 volt unit and then the 20 volt battery slid right into place and removes easily for recharging. I should have ordered this a year or so ago instead of putting up with my weak 18 volt batteries!!
